Lead Management and CRM for Agencies
Droova gives you a Kanban pipeline for every lead in your business, with status, priority, source, estimated value, and notes. When the deal closes, you convert the lead to a real project without retyping anything.
Prefer to try before you commit? On the demo, bring one live project. We set it up on Droova for you, so you test it on real work, not a sandbox.
What it does
- Eight pipeline statuses. New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Negotiating, Follow Up, Won, Lost. Move leads by dragging on the Kanban or picking from a dropdown.
- Source tracking. Website, Referral, Cold Call, Social Media, Advertisement, or Other.
- Priority and service type. Set Low, Medium, or High priority, and tag the service the lead asked for (Consultation, Design, Development, Audit, and more).
- Estimated value. Add a currency amount per lead, useful for pipeline totals.
- Lost reason tracking. When you mark a lead Lost, you pick a reason (price, timing, competitor, no budget, not a fit, ghosted, other), recorded for reporting.
- Contact and follow-up dates. Last contact and next follow up dates update automatically when you log a call against the lead.
- Files and duplicate detection. Attach files with optional tags, and click "Find Duplicates" to surface leads with matching name, email, or phone.
- One-click conversion to a project. The lead’s name, notes, and (optionally) assigned team members carry over to the new project.
- Capture leads from your site, no code. Build a form in the CRM Inbound section, then share its hosted link or embed it with a one-line iframe. Submissions drop into your pipeline tagged by source. A raw webhook is also available for posting leads from your own stack.
What it does not do
Straight scope, so you know exactly what you are getting.
- No automated lead scoring. Lead priority is set manually.
- No automatic duplicate merging. Duplicates are detected, but you decide what to do.
- The capture form uses a fixed set of fields (name, email, phone, message, a service dropdown, plus extra dropdowns you define). It is not a full drag-and-drop form builder with arbitrary field types or multi-step pages.
- No email or SMS to leads from Droova. Outbound communication happens in your existing email and phone tools.
Agency owners and founders who already track leads in a spreadsheet or sticky notes and want a real pipeline view with conversion to project in one tool.
Outbound sales teams making hundreds of cold calls a day. Droova is built for relationship sales pipelines, not high volume cold outreach.
How it works
- 1 Open the Leads page.
- 2 Click "New Lead".
- 3 Fill in the contact info, source, estimated value, and notes.
- 4 Save. The lead appears in the New column.
- 5 Move the lead through the pipeline as your conversations progress.
- 6 When the deal closes, click "Convert to Project".
