White-Label Project Management for Agencies and Studios
Every Droova workspace can carry your agency’s logo, primary color, secondary color, and company name. When your client opens the portal, they see your brand at the top, not ours.
Prefer to try before you commit? On the demo, bring one live project. We set it up on Droova for you, so you test it on real work, not a sandbox.

What it does
- Upload your workspace logo. Used in the app’s side nav and on the public client portal.
- Set a primary color. Used on buttons, links, badges, and focus rings inside the app.
- Set a secondary color. Used on borders, hover states, and dividers inside the app.
- Set a company name. Shown on the portal header and in the footer.
- Branding applies per workspace. If you run multiple agencies under one account, each workspace has its own brand.
- Your brand carries to the client portal. Your logo and company name appear on the portal, so the client never sees a Droova logo. Your custom colors apply inside the app; the portal itself uses Droova’s default styling.
- Custom CSS for advanced theming. A CSS field lets a technical user override styles using your workspace color variables, for finer control inside the app.
- Works in light and dark mode. Your colors render consistently in both themes.
- Reset to defaults any time. One click returns the workspace to Droova defaults.
What it does not do
Straight scope, so you know exactly what you are getting.
- Your custom colors and CSS apply inside the app, not on the public client portal. The portal carries your logo and company name but uses Droova’s default styling.
- No custom font selection. Droova uses one default font across the app.
- No custom domain for the client portal. The portal lives at a Droova generated link that does not show your domain.
- No custom email templates. Notification emails carry the standard Droova layout with your logo and company name overlaid.
- No favicon customization. The browser tab still shows the Droova icon when your team is logged into the app.
Agencies and studios who want their internal tool and their client facing portal to feel like their own product.
Teams that need to host the app on their own domain or rebrand the entire product. Droova white-label is workspace level, not full white-label hosting.
How it works
- 1 Open Workspace Settings from the side nav.
- 2 Click Branding.
- 3 Upload a logo.
- 4 Pick a primary color and a secondary color.
- 5 Enter your company name.
- 6 Save. Branding is applied immediately across the workspace and the client portal.
