The client portal that speaks your client's language
Droova's branded client portal already gives your clients a no-login view of their projects. Now we're adding a two-way translation layer, so your client can read and leave feedback in their own language, Dutch, French, German or any of dozens more, while your team works in English. Nobody copies and pastes into Google Translate ever again.
The European agency problem
Agencies across the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Nordics run their operations in English, but serve local clients who want to work in their own language. Today that means the project manager becomes a human translation layer, pasting client feedback into DeepL and back all day.
How the two-way translation works
The client picks their language
Your client opens the branded portal and sees it in their own language, Dutch, French, German or any of dozens more. No account, no training.
They type in their language
A client writes "De kleur van het logo is te donker" in the feedback box, exactly as they think it.
Your team reads it in yours
Your team sees "The logo colour is too dark" in English, with a toggle to view the original. You reply in English, and the client gets it back in Dutch.
The original text is always one toggle away, so your team never loses the exact words on a technical detail.
Others translate the buttons. Droova translates the conversation.
Most tools stop at localising their own interface. The words your client actually writes stay untranslated.

Frequently asked questions
What is an auto-translating client portal?
It is a client portal where the interface and the actual conversation are translated both ways. Your client reads and writes in their own language, while your team reads and replies in yours, automatically.
How is this different from tools that support multiple languages?
Tools like ClickUp, Asana and Monday can translate the buttons and menus of their interface. They do not translate the content your client writes. Droova is being built to translate the client’s comments, feedback and approvals into your team’s language and back again.
Is this feature live yet?
The client portal is live today, with branded, no-login access for your clients. The two-way translation layer is on our roadmap. Join the waitlist to get early access and help shape it.
Will the original text be preserved?
Yes. Machine translation can miss nuance on technical terms, so the original text is always available with one toggle for both your team and the client.
