Generate Projects and Reusable Templates with AI
Describe your project in plain English and Droova's AI drafts the full plan, tasks, subtasks, and priorities, with its reasoning. You review and edit everything in a preview, regenerate until it's right, then create the project or save it as a reusable template.
Prefer to try before you commit? On the demo, bring one live project. We set it up on Droova for you, so you test it on real work, not a sandbox.
What it does
- You write the brief, the AI builds the plan. Give a project description (at least 10 characters), and optionally a project type, target deadline, and additional requirements (technologies, constraints, team size, budget). The AI turns that into a full project.
- Generates the whole structure. A project title, description, priority, status, deadline, and an ordered list of tasks, each with its own description, priority (High, Medium, Low), and subtasks.
- Shows its reasoning. The preview includes an "AI Reasoning" note explaining why the project was structured the way it was, so the plan is easy to trust and adjust.
- Fully editable preview before anything is created. Nothing is saved until you say so. In the preview you can edit the title, description, priority and deadline, add tasks, remove tasks, edit subtasks, and change any priority.
- Don’t like it? Regenerate. Click "Back to Edit" to tweak your description and parameters and generate again, as many times as you want, before you commit.
- Build a project or a reusable template. Create a project directly from the Projects page, or generate a reusable AI project template once and apply it to future projects.
- Works on lead conversion too. When you convert a lead to a project, the lead’s notes feed the AI so the new project starts with a relevant plan.
- Fails safe. If the AI request times out or errors, the project is still created so you can add tasks manually. If some tasks fail to save, the rest go through and a message tells you how many landed.
What it does not do
Straight scope, so you know exactly what you are getting.
- The AI works only from the brief you give it. It does not pull in your existing projects, clients, or team data as context.
- Subtasks are a single level under each task, not deeper nested hierarchies.
- It does not assign team members or set per-task due dates. You do that after the project is created.
- It does not connect to external tools. Generation happens from your description, project type, and requirements only.
- AI project creation is limited to workspace supervisors. Team members create projects manually or from templates.
- No in-place regeneration of a single task. To regenerate, go Back to Edit, adjust your inputs, and generate the whole draft again.
Founders and project managers who want to skip the blank task list, start from a sensible AI-drafted plan they can fully edit, and reuse it as a template.
Teams who want the software to manage delivery for them. The AI drafts the plan, but you still assign people, set dates, and run the work.
How it works
- 1 From the Projects page, open the AI Project Creator (or start a new AI project template).
- 2 Write a project description of at least 10 characters. Optionally add a project type, a target deadline, and any additional requirements.
- 3 Click "Generate AI Project".
- 4 Review the preview: the AI reasoning, the project details, and the full task list with subtasks.
- 5 Edit anything, add or remove tasks, change priorities. Not happy? Click "Back to Edit" and regenerate.
- 6 Click "Create Project", or save it as a reusable template to use again later.
