Sales and Project Analytics for Agencies

Droova’s analytics page shows your leads, calls, and projects across any date range, with weighted pipeline, a pipeline health funnel, a rep leaderboard, and source attribution. It replaces the monthly spreadsheet exercise of pasting numbers from three different tools.

Prefer to try before you commit? On the demo, bring one live project. We set it up on Droova for you, so you test it on real work, not a sandbox.

What it does

  • Pick a period, everything updates. Filter by 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. All charts and metrics update together, and each metric shows the percentage change versus the previous matching period.
  • Headline metric cards. Weighted pipeline, open leads, won, lost, conversion rate, total calls, and average call duration, all at the top of the page.
  • Weighted pipeline by stage. Each open lead’s value is multiplied by its stage’s win probability (New 10%, Contacted 20%, Qualified 35%, Proposal Sent 50%, Negotiating 70%, Follow Up 25%), so you see a realistic expected pipeline, not just a raw total. Probabilities are configurable in CRM Settings.
  • Pipeline health. Per stage, see how many leads entered, advanced, bounced, are in stage now, won, and lost, plus conversion rate and median and p90 time in stage. A warning appears when p90 is far larger than the median, a sign some deals are stalling.
  • Rep leaderboard. Per rep, see completed calls, wins, and losses (attributed to whoever closed the deal, not the assignee), win rate, and a snapshot of open pipeline value.
  • Why deals are lost. A breakdown of lost-deal reasons so you can adjust qualification.
  • Conversion by source. Open, won, and lost counts with a win rate per source. Win rate is calculated over closed leads only, so open leads do not skew it.
  • Charts and data tables. Lead status distribution, lead source breakdown, and a daily activity trend, plus sortable, paginated tables for leads and calls.
  • Import and export. Import leads from CSV with column mapping. Export leads and calls to CSV, and export reports to CSV or PDF.
  • Report builder (supervisors). Generate a report focused on Workspace Overview, Project Update, Client Summary, Team Performance, or Time Tracking, or build a custom report by picking the data source, columns, filters, grouping, and sorting.

What it does not do

Straight scope, so you know exactly what you are getting.

  • No real-time streaming. Charts load when you open the page or change the date range. Refresh to update.
  • No predictive analytics or future forecasting. The weighted pipeline is a probability-weighted snapshot of current open deals, not a forecast of future revenue. Everything else is historical.
  • No cohort analysis or multi-touch attribution. Lead source is single touch.
  • No custom alerts, for example "notify me when conversion drops below 20%".
  • No direct BI tool integration. Export to CSV or PDF and load it into the tool of your choice.
  • No scheduled or automated report delivery. Reports are generated on demand and exported by hand.
Who it is for

Agency owners and team leads who want a regular view of pipeline health and team performance without exporting from three different apps.

Who it is not for

Data teams who need raw event-level access, real-time dashboards, or a direct connection to a data warehouse.

How it works

  1. 1 Open the Analytics page from the CRM menu.
  2. 2 Pick a date range at the top.
  3. 3 Move between the tabs: Overview, Advanced Analytics, Data Tables, Import or Export, and Reports.
  4. 4 On the Reports tab, click "Generate Report" and pick a focus, or build a custom report and export it.

Frequently asked questions

Are the charts real time?
No. They reflect the database at the moment you opened the page or last changed the date range. Refresh to update.
Is the weighted pipeline a forecast of future revenue?
No. It multiplies each open lead’s value by its stage win probability to give a realistic expected value of your current pipeline. It does not predict future periods.
How is conversion rate calculated?
Won leads divided by total leads in the date range, including lost ones, expressed as a percentage. Conversion by source uses closed leads (won plus lost) only.
Can I export to Excel?
Export is to CSV, which Excel opens directly. Reports also export to PDF.
Who can run reports?
Supervisors and the workspace owner. Team members see the metric cards and charts but not the report builder.
Can I schedule a report to email automatically?
Not yet. You generate a report on demand and export it to CSV or PDF. Automated scheduling and email delivery are not available.
